Description
This is truly a one of a kind piece!
The different glass components in the design were made by me over the course of several years actually. But the design just recently came together on it's own in a magical kind of way! Even as I created it, the name came to me during the process as the two side glass pieces created a gateway through the center, a portal if you will!
The talisman ended up having a very esoteric and ancient feel to it. The name also has symbolic meaning, many layers here!
I incorporated several different gemstones in the design:
Tigers-Eye: Spiritual, protective, integrity.
Carnelian: Courage, success, energy.
Sodalite: Inner peace, endurance, harmony.
Howlite: Calming, insight.
Jasper: Love expression, positivity, relaxation.
Talisman measures 2 and 5/8 inches tall from top of loop to bottom point of crystal point, or 67 millimeters. Talisman measures 1 and 3/4 inches across, or 44mm. Measures about 1 and 1/8 inches thick, or 28mm.
Talisman comes with the suede cord as shown, which measure about 19 inches long on each side, so a total wearable size of 38 inches, which can be tied anywhere to adjust for length.
