My twin sister and I enjoyed a "Soul Sister" retreat week. We spent 4 straight days, spending time in nature, creating, listening to uplifting music and movies, having a slumber party, attending a drum circle, and just enjoying being US! We made these Star of David/Chakra/Lotus bubble wands on one of the days we picnicked all day along the Salt River here in Arizona. We took ingredients to make our own bubble solution and blew bubbles over the river when we finished making the wands! I made the glass beads we put into the handle, then we added gemstones of every chakra color into the lotus petals.
Grats on the DD!
Ohh, wow! Those are the coolest bubble wands I've ever seen. Beautiful work! That must've been a really great memory for both of you. Congrats on the DD, and have a nice day~
Congrats on the DD!
Thank you ImprobableSage, I just figured out that is why I have all these likes, I was wondering what the heck was going on, haha!
=O They look like Keyblades!
The meaning behind them is just as beautiful as the objects themselves. Amazing!!
Those are awesome! I love the idea of a Soul Sister week!
Beautiful color contrast!
Oh they are beautiful!!!!!!
This is so cool!! They're absolutely stunning and well-made.
Sounds like heaven!
how did you make this
Leah, we did all the wire working with copper. (18 gauge for the handle and round part of the wand, 20 gauge for the flower petals, and 22 gauge for the star of david in the center) and added the beads as we went along.
wait, is the star of david jewish?
Yes, The Star of David is a Jewish symbol, and it is also a beautiful shape in Sacred Geometry, which I love.
im not jewish im chirstan and the people in school are all jewishs most of dem
Leah, I am Christian as well, but I love all religions and am respectful of the beliefs and cultures. I grew up with a step-dad whom I love dearly, as much as my real dad, he is Jewish, so we kind of got to celebrate both Christian and Jewish things growing up.
